Accreditation
As a former higher education administrator, Dr. Roland has led nine accreditation reviews from regional to nationally accredited institutions. His doctoral dissertation “” on the accreditation process using organizational effectiveness provided an interesting look into the world of accreditation from the lens of organizational effectiveness tools from Balridge, the Goal Model to the Competing Values Framework. His book on the accreditation process identifies the items associated with continuous reviews versus static items, and the benefits of organizational resources being allocated based on the fundamental tenets of organizational effectiveness.
